If - as many people have indicated - it is necessary to be confronted with a number of failures in order to learn from the mistakes that led to these failures to then go on and become successful - why then do we call them failures  - instead why not call them stepping stones or jumping off points or even learning points - it may psychologically remove a great deal of pain from the entire process of living and allow progress towards success to advance to a much greater degree without also detering many people from going on with their great and successful journies  - 

I am sure that the biggest deterent for progress as a society as a whole - which interferes with the process of success in much too many ways is the ingredient added to the mix unnecessarily which is merely a vague and much too nebulous an idea called money - instead if we create working systems and then place them in a channel when they are ready and fine tuned in order to earn the inventors or creators money - then that would be a much more efficient way of doing things - 

The current way of working discounts and discourages otherwise great and  powerful steps forward in progress before they are even tried and worked on in order to be tested out within the capitalist system - which itself is hindered by so many adjustments and fine tunings up and down in order to manipulate it's effect on society as a whole - exhibiting great control of the adjustors for no other reason than for them to feel the satisfaction in thinking that they may perhaps have done something of great significance when in fact they have done nothing of the sort - 

This fact will one day soon become evident and the entire capitalist system - which is fine itself - will be adjusted and fine tuned to remove the ability of people to stick their fingers in the works and jam everything up for the sake of their own desires to claim that they have actually done something productive -
