Why Mentoring? Why Robert Hollis?

I asked myself that Question the day I was considering joining the Business Mentoring Program. I mean after all, I was no stranger to having people tell me the way to do things, and after 23 years in the Military I was used to it, but really?... Why Mr. Hollis? What’s he got that a book won’t provide?

I think for me anyway, due to my religious background, I knew what the Bible means to me, and I also know that those words written in it, are far more than just Inc on paper… they are actually alive and living. You may ask, Dave… what do you mean? Words are not alive! And I would respectively answer you with the knowledge of Wisdom that they indeed are very much Alive.

For in every season of your life, through joy and indeed in sadness… those words will speak to you a different Application in your life. It’s Almost Magic!

Robert is much the same in his Approach and Wisdom when it comes to Business mentoring.

I found that his messages would some days indeed fall on my deaf ears, and even at times I would conclude that this material has no current practical application for me.

But then, tomorrow would come, circumstances would change, and he would release some additional wisdom that would be Magical thereby unlocking a New Vision and direction in my personal development.

That’s when the “Pop” would come, as Robert world release a Trigger that would open the doorway to my own personal understanding and application.

This may be hard to understand without the Wisdom of the Experience… but once you “Get it” that’s when the Miracle happens… at least it did for me, for then all the past training that I felt was somehow Void or Out of Place… took it’s respective place in the Puzzle of my Vision laying the Framework to Accomplish My Dreams.

I hope to give you my insight and understanding, but more importantly convey to you the importance of being committed to an end Goal >> Your Perfect Day, Your Vision, Your Dream, Your Why… And focusing on your commitment even through the times when… you say…it's not working yet... it’s time to Quit!

Why? Because the Mentoring is living… it Lives in real life in Robert and in you!

For as your knowledge increases and through Application… your Wisdom will also increase… then the “Pop” will come.

That’s the moment in your life, in your mentoring… when all things take their proper place… That’s the Point when you become a machine… Armed with Passion, Knowledge and Vision… Armed with Will and Fortitude…

Armed with the Power to Succeed!

The “Pop’ comes from Living… the Living Mentoring… and being receptive to the Master’s Knowledge that longs to Guide you.

I think… Robert has the hand of God upon him… I believe his heart is as Pure and a freshly fallen snow… and I am sold on his Business Wisdom.

Thanks Robert for all you have given to the Seekers of Wisdom and to me. Our friendship goes beyond business or mentoring. In my Heart, you’re Family! And that’s a Special Place that few hold in my Life!
