First 3 are activity based. Each week of daily clicks gives you a rotator entry and unlimited promotion of your link for a week. If you stop clicking, you will be removed. Of course, you can always rejoin later.
The other 3 are membership based. You get unlimited promotion of your link as long as you keep your paid membership active.
GDI is 10 $ per month.
GotBackup is 10 $ per month.
Great Life is 20 $ per month.
